Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Tirupur Construction Market. The following terms and conditions govern the participation of exhibitors at the event organized by Builtup Stores (the "Organizer"). By participating in the event, exhibitors agree to abide by these terms.

1. Introduction

These terms govern the participation of exhibitors at the Tirupur Construction Market (the "Event"), organized by Builtup Stores (the "Organizer").

2. Application and Acceptance

Exhibitors must submit a completed application form. Acceptance of exhibitors is at the sole discretion of the Organizer.

3. Stall Assignment

Stalls will be assigned based on availability and at the Organizer’s discretion. Spaces will be rented on a "one shop per category" basis for building materials shops and office spaces.

4. Fees and Payment Terms

Exhibitors are required to pay the stall fee as outlined in the application. A rental advance equivalent to 10 months' fees must be paid at the time of booking to secure participation. Full payment is due by [due date]. Late payments may incur additional charges.

6. Exhibitor Responsibilities

Exhibitors are responsible for the setup and dismantling of their displays. All materials must be removed by [dismantling deadline]. Exhibitors must provide LED name boards for their shops according to the specified standards. They are also responsible for maintaining a hygienic and attractive shop environment.

7. Market Operations

The market will be open from 9 AM to 10 PM daily. Exhibitors are expected to maintain high standards in the quality of building materials and ensure timely delivery to customers.

8. Staff and Branding

Exhibitors must provide uniforms for their staff that display the company name and logo for better branding and promotion. Each shop must designate an official sales contact person to communicate with Builtup Stores to convert leads generated by the Builtup app and the event help desk.

9. Liability and Insurance

Exhibitors are responsible for arranging their own insurance coverage. The Organizer is not liable for any loss or damage to exhibitor property or for personal injury.

10. Intellectual Property

Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring that all materials used at their stalls comply with intellectual property laws. The Organizer is not responsible for any intellectual property infringement claims.

11. Marketing and Promotion

The Organizer reserves the right to use exhibitor names, logos, and promotional materials for advertising and promotional purposes related to the Event.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India.

13. Amendments

Any amendments or changes to these terms must be agreed upon in writing and signed by both parties.
